1. About Our Services

Human Wellness Center LLC is a California-based medical tourism and wellness concierge company. We provide coordination, logistical support, and educational resources to help individuals explore regenerative therapy options with independent, third-party medical providers and clinical facilities located outside the United States.

The information provided on this website is intended, as applicable, merely to provide information to you and to connect you with third-party service providers for you to consider and evaluate independently. Human Wellness Center LLC does not recommend, approve, or endorse any third-party content or services, and Human Wellness Center LLC makes no representation regarding any third-party content or any product or service offered, provided, sold, or performed by any third party, including any such products or services purchased through Human Wellness Center LLC's services.

2. HWC Is Not a Medical Provider

HWC does not practice medicine, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide medical advice. We are not a hospital, clinic, or licensed healthcare provider. Our role is limited to:

• Providing general educational information about regenerative medicine and stem cell science.
• Collecting initial intake information on behalf of independent medical providers to help facilitate consultations.
• Coordinating travel, accommodations, and logistics for wellness retreat experiences.
• Connecting clients with licensed, independent third-party medical professionals and laboratory facilities.

All medical evaluations, screenings, diagnoses, and treatment decisions are made exclusively by independent, licensed physicians and medical professionals. Any treatment agreement you enter into will be directly between you and the treating medical provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable law.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The stem cell and regenerative therapies facilitated through our services are investigational and have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of any specific medical condition. These therapies are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Individual results vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. The educational content and patient testimonials on our website reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises of specific results. You should consult your own healthcare providers before making any medical decisions.

5. Third-Party Medical Providers

The physicians, laboratories, and clinical facilities referenced on our website or connected through our services are independent third-party service providers. They are not employees, agents, or affiliates of HWC.

HWC is not responsible for any acts, omissions, malpractice, negligence, or misconduct by any third-party medical provider. We encourage you to independently verify the credentials, certifications, and qualifications of any medical professional before proceeding with treatment.

6. Consultation Requests and Intake Forms

Submitting a consultation request or intake form through our website does not create a doctor-patient relationship, a treatment agreement, or an obligation on the part of HWC or any medical provider. Consultation requests are preliminary inquiries, and acceptance into any program or treatment is at the sole discretion of the independent medical providers involved.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information in all forms and communications. Providing false or misleading health information may compromise your safety and the quality of any evaluation or treatment.

7. Travel and Logistics

HWC may assist with coordinating international travel, accommodations, and ground transportation as part of our concierge services. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your passport, visa, and travel documents are valid and up-to-date.
• Obtaining any required travel insurance, including medical evacuation coverage.
• Understanding the risks associated with international travel, including health and safety conditions in the destination country.
• Complying with all applicable travel advisories and local laws.

HWC is not liable for any travel disruptions, cancellations, delays, or incidents that occur during your travel, whether arranged through our services or independently.

8. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds

Your individual service agreement sets out your total price, your payment schedule, and the full refund and cancellation terms, and you receive it before you make any financial commitment. Where this page and your signed service agreement differ, your service agreement controls.

How payments work. HWC issues you a digital invoice for your total package price. That price includes your treatment at the independent, third-party clinic and HWC's concierge and coordination services. You make your payments to HWC, and HWC pays the independent medical provider directly. HWC does not perform any medical treatment. Additional charges that arise during your care or travel are your responsibility and are billed as described in your service agreement.

Reservation deposit. To reserve your intake and begin coordination, you pay a reservation deposit (currently $1,000, or $1,000 per person for retreat bookings), which is credited toward your total package price. Your deposit is fully refundable until your treatment protocol is booked and the independent clinic begins culturing (preparing) your cells. Your service agreement calls that moment the "Booking Point." The only deductions before the Booking Point are payment costs HWC actually incurred and cannot recover, such as credit card processing fees or bank and wire fees. On and after the Booking Point, the deposit is non-refundable.

Refunds and cancellation. If you cancel for any reason before the Booking Point, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid, including your deposit, less only any credit card processing fees and other third-party costs HWC has already incurred and cannot recover (for example, bank or wire fees actually charged). If you cancel on or after the Booking Point, the deposit is not refunded, and the other amounts you have paid are refunded except for documented, non-recoverable costs already incurred for you (such as cell culturing, clinic scheduling, and prepaid travel). Your service agreement caps what HWC keeps at the deposit plus up to 25% of the package price if you cancel more than 30 days before your first treatment date, or the deposit plus up to 50% if you cancel 30 days or fewer before it, and never more than HWC's documented cost. These terms cover every amount you pay HWC, including the portion that pays the independent provider, not only HWC's concierge fees. Your service agreement also sets out what happens if the clinic's physicians determine during screening that you do not qualify, or if HWC or the clinic cancels. Refund requests must be made in writing to admin@humanwellnesscenters.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and design elements, is the property of Human Wellness Center LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Human Wellness Center LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or services.
• Any treatment, procedure, or medical service provided by third-party medical providers.
• Any travel-related incidents, injuries, or losses.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to HWC for concierge services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Human Wellness Center LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Bernardino County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class arbitration against Human Wellness Center LLC.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
